As I'm fulfilling my New Years resolution of eating healthier, I decided to make homemade salad dressing every week. This is my quick & easy recipe as I continue to search & create more delicious dressings.
I noticed every store-bought Italian dressing taste a little different and I've never found a 'favorite'.
By making homemade dressing, you're able to tweak the recipe to your liking whether you like it to be sweeter, tangier or finding your perfect in between.

Heres my Italian Dressing Recipe:
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Crushed Pepper Flakes
1. In a measuring cup or a small bowl, add in the base ingredients.
2. Next, add in the seasonings. Adjust to taste.
3. Pour into salad dressing container
